Pros

At main campus its a great work environment, very casual work place. Gain share is paid out based on company performance (no manager preferential treatment). Senior leadership is fairly approachable

Cons

Within IT being promoted to lead level positions (or higher) is very political. Workload expected of two people with the same title can vary greatly in different parts of IT.

Pros

Great people to work with, has many events to promote work environment, lots of free lunches, good salary, good bonus program (everyone loves gainshare day)

Cons

Limited upward advancement, since the recession company has leaned out practices which makes it next to impossible to get promoted to team leader

Pros

Great teammates. Good company overall. Helpful in many ways. Decent pay. Chance to work from home (which I did). Gainshare is nice at the end of the year.

Cons

Very stressful job and the company only makes it more stressful by not understanding that we can't solve every customers problem. It's a call center so expect to be busy. No real help on how to handle irate customers and Management isn't really there to help you with these customers. The company is now very micromanage which only adds to the stress. It's claims so unfortunately there is never a black or white answer. It's always gray.
