-autonomous work environment
-support and understanding of management
-fair pay / bonus
-good benefits
-fair amount of time off
-lots of room for growth and advancement
Cons
Company is currently going though a large growth spurt so workload is a bit overwhelming. I have been with the company multiple years and have seen this happen its only a matter of time before we get back to a normalized workload.
You work with really good people all interested in helping each other out
Cons
the company is interested in doing as much work as possible with as few people as possible. high work loads, improper staffing during heavy volume times. horrible work/life balance. as you're salary no one cares how many extra hours you have to put in to stay afloat.
