      Pros

      Supportive company that wants you to progress up the ranks. They offer a very warm work environment. The management is top tier and everyone is nice. Great place to work with good pay.

      Cons

      The customers can be overbearing sometimes. It starts out hard to navigate the systems but it gets easier as you do it more.

      Unbelievable culture and benefits! Never worked for a company that makes me so happy to attend work.

      Cons

      Training is Mon-Fri throughout the day for 12 weeks so can be a little conflicting if you happen to have an appointment or emergency during this time.
