      - Excellent leadership - Lots of career opportunities - Plenty of opportunities to take time off - Engaging culture

      Cons

      - There aren’t many negatives aside from your standard when dealing with customers. A rude one here or there but for the most part the customer base isn’t that bad either.

      401K, matches at 5%. Room to grow, annual salary review, friendly environment.

      Cons

      Always playing catch up. Overtime is offered often but not all year. There is some mandatory overtime based on business needs. The workload is overbearing at times.
