      Too many leaders with senior executive titles with huge egos and not enough people to do the actual work. Lots of siloed work and “squirrel” mentality (aka ‘shiny object’ syndrome) at the C-level. Significant executive salaries ($250-750k as shown on tax forms) considering PLTW is an educational nonprofit org.
