      Great benefits, work from home options.

      Cons

      Everything. The higher ups are condescending. They talk down to the Solution center. When they make changes and don’t tell us....we take the brunt of the blame from the customers AND higher up. Hypocrites run the show here

      Paid time off, not much else

      Cons

      Those with a sincere passion for education should move on. The organization portrays a close knit family feel, but in actuality is one of favoritism and poor leadership. Lack of training, lack of communication, individual thought and suggestions not appreciated, disrespect for educators. Structure and guidance does not exist here.
