Pros

The families and children, my co-workers looking good as an organization, and the freedom to coordinate as we pleased.

Cons

Low pay, no room for upward advancement or pay, no breaks ever, but they still take out that half-hour of your pay regardless, upper management doesn't care at all except for money and looking good as an organization is the money and looking good for new clients that's it, they don't follow their own procedures or rule but will write you up for "violating" them.
