      Pros

      Everybody at some point will need to do some grunt work to get their career started. The director and managers were so kind and appreciative. They understood the process and assigned tasks tailored to our strenghts and weaknesses.

      Cons

      They hourly wage was slightly lower than expected but they handed out several bonuses that made it worth while.
