Low pay, no room for upward advancement or pay, no breaks ever, but they still take out that half-hour of your pay regardless, upper management doesn't care at all except for money and looking good as an organization is the money and looking good for new clients that's it, they don't follow their own procedures or rule but will write you up for "violating" them.

Big titles without the experience to back it up. Current leadership is doing everything except leading the way. If you like zero development opportunities, lack of accountability, and no ownership this is the place for you. Also, being a diverse and inclusive organization is far from a priority. It’s just lip service.
