Pros

Ok benefits Remote for the most part SOME nice people.

Cons

- Terrible pay (except for the higher ups of course, see form 990) - Insulting performance review process, leaving everyone unsatisfied. - CEO gloats about how much money they have for acquisition in meetings to underpaid employees. - Compulsory pointless meetings. - Compulsory pointless travel. - Management openly mock the new CEO to anyone who will listen. Very messy. - Management spends a lot of time rearranging things to make it seem like they’re doing something, or holding meetings where they subject you too a self-indulgent apology for the insensitive jokes they made the previous day. - In my time at the company I saw multiple people resign effective immediately, or be let go without warning. - There is no accountability, something is always someone else’s fault. - Loyalty, honesty and new ideas are not rewarded.

Pros

Work from home most of the time. There is a good amount of travel to meet in person though. If you want to work 100% from home this isn't for you.

Cons

The people here pretend to be nice at first, but really this is a cutthroat company and little room for growth makes it worse. Managers have favorites, and if you aren't "in", you are definitely out.
