Pros

Unlimited pto, cheap benefits, work from home

Cons

New CEO is completely unqualified and has no direction or authority. Senior leadership is unorganized and at each others throats. No one knows what they’re doing. I don’t see the company lasting for another 25 years. Get out while you still can and find a place that values your work. This company will pretend like they care but if you’re not a suck up, they’ll find a reason to toss you out. If you are, buy some chapstick.
