Pros

I have only been here for a couple months but the culture at Prologis is amazing! It truly feels like a connected team and everyone is very willing to help/support each other. Given the scale and size of the company, the opportunities for growth or development are endless, especially if you have a natural curiosity to explore potential solutions. The benefits package far exceeds any of my previous employers.

Cons

Work from home is available and possible but given the need for significant team interaction and culture development there is limited work from home opportunities

Pros

Prologis is a great company. Compensation and benefits package are solid when compared to similar roles elsewhere. Brand recognition within the Real Estate industry is also a plus.

Cons

Some sides of the business can be considered understaffed especially when compared to similar sized companies . The full platform is over 1B square feet across almost 20 countries yet the staff is only about 2500 people. The lean approach is great but you can clearly see some stress cracks especially during certain cycles. Growth opportunities are plenty but are not always clearly defined.
