Prologis is well managed, innovative and treats employees and customers with respect. In more than 20 years working, this is my first work experience where it all comes together. I respect my peers, learn from my boss and have compelling and impactful challenges in my work. Company leadership is really putting money behind pursuing sustainability and innovative solutions for customers. I get to pay my team well, and provide real opportunities to advance and try new things.
Cons
I've had plenty of creative criticism for previous employers, but none of it applies here. Everything isn't rosy, we work hard, have big challenges to solve and don't always communicate perfectly. However, compared to all of the other business context that I have, Prologis is great.
