Pros

There are zero pros to working at Promark Research Corporation.

Cons

The pay structure of $7.25 an hour for 4 days of training and then $9.00 an hour afterwards isn't worth the hassle of this job nor does make it any logical sense. You read verbatim scripts and can't even defend yourself without risking your job, and management encourages homophobia while claiming to be against racism. I barely made it 2 weeks, without having a breakdown because getting paid only $524.98 for 68.43 hours is insane.

Pros

Absolutely Nothing. This company is a nightmare.

Cons

First I want to start by saying don’t believe the fake reviews. First they pay you $7.25 hr for for days of so called training. The training is literally one day then they throw you to the wolves it’s a joke. You are working 7 to 9 hours for the first four days and only given a 15 min break. (this has got to be illegal). The only time you will get full hours is during the first 4 days of so called training. After that you are sent home in less than two hours if you don’t get a survey. The surveys are more than 30 mins to an hour. Then they tell you to lie and say it’s 10 minutes. Respondents tell you to remove their numbers or don’t call them again and they tell us to put it as a soft refusal so they can keep harassing people. This job is not realistic and the managers are delusional. Word of advise to the public block any calls from them or tell them to remove your number off their call list and if that doesn’t work than the only way to have them remove it is to use sexist or racial slurs lol. Please take my advice and don’t apply. Hours are not guaranteed and the job is simply a nightmare.

Pros

you can pick your own workdays, optional Friday/Saturday workdays if you want extra hours, friendly employees, friendly management, sometimes you're released early for the day, late hours (pro if you're a night owl)

Cons

you don't know the hours until the day of, you have to be emotionally prepared for verbal abuse and sexual harassment, most people hate that you're calling and will hang up on you, questions are sometimes very politically biased which only angers people more, it's easy to get bored between calls, you have to stay later than expected sometimes, late hours (con if you're a morning person)
