Their mission statement is, and this is putting it generously, morally compromised. They claim to be a political research and public survey organization, and ostensibly they are, however that is not how they are employed by clients.
The caller, that would likely be you in this case, calls up people from their list and asks them a series of political questions. The caller has no control over the content of the survey and the company has no say in how questions are written for these surveys, and in most cases you won't even have to (read: you are specifically told not to) reveal the identity of your client (the group responsible for making that survey).
What this means in practice is that you are essentially a political hit squad paid to go out and spread whatever malicious political information you've been hired to spread, under the guise of a survey and with zero accountability. Because you're asking how certain statements make a respondent FEEL, you and the company have no obligation for those statements to be truthful.
As an example, my first actual survey was regarding a governor's apparent misuse of tax money for personal reasons. I'd say "so-and-so was accused of this and this and this, how does that affect your willingness to vote for them in the future?" A quick internet search would reveal what I had asked was a rumor without evidence being conveniently capitalized on by their opposition. The survey would continue with more rumors and smears aimed at that same governor.
No accountability + getting hired by any political group with money = thinly veiled smear campaigns, not surveys and scientific data.
