None at all, this is the worst job ive ever had.

Cons

1. Your encouged to not use the bathroom during the first and last hour of your shift , as it could affect production.🤣 2. They don't have enough work for everyone , and they say only high performers are considered, when its mainly just low performing members of management. 3. This job should have been advertised as seasonal. Because once elections are over, the work dries up for anyone but management staff. 4. The pay is so low. You start off at 8.75 and then it goes up to $9 after training. 5. If you get somone to take a survey, your not given an actual commission. But sometimes they give away one or two dollars during a competition. Fing worthless.

If you are good at talking on the phone and reading out loud, this job will give you enough sense of accomplishment that you will happily show up the next day. Working from home is next level.

Cons

This job is a no nonsense got to get your numbers we are watching and listening at all times type of job.
