      Project management is clear and allows for easy workflow. We work with quality clients and the work is always fun and challenging.

      Pros

      Promet Source has a "team" atmosphere. Everyone from the CEO down to the interns are willing to help each other. The company is very flexible and experienced with work from home employees living in various time zones. The entire organization encourages continued education for all employees.

      Cons

      Being a small company at times things can get lost in the shuffle and you as an employee can not get the answers you need to complete a project. Salary is also a bit lower than the industry standard.

      Pros

      Promet Source has some of the best people working for the organization. They are intelligent, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for clients and fellow Prometheans. With Promet Source being a distributed workforce, being able to work from home was a bonus.

      Cons

      Also with Promet Source being a distributed workforce, communication can be tricky. Organization is key.
