Pros

Very supportive. Very open. Everyone is willing to help out when you are stuck. Everyone is open to new ideas or better ways of doing things. They are not afraid to invest in employees and often promote from within. I would work there again.

Cons

Because people here are from all over the world, global schedules can be tricky and sometimes a little hard to understand others verbally. But, you get used to it and it's not a big deal.

Great working environment with some of the most talented developers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone there is willing to help if you get stuck and your fellow devs are very knowledgeable in their fields. I came out know A LOT more than I did going in. The company does not shy away from challenging projects, which in turn allows you to grow tremendously as you put more and more projects under your belt. Andy Kucharski, the CEO, is supportive and enthusiastic about the career development of the employees, and is always trying to make the workplace better.

Cons

There will definitely be late nights as you spend your time wrapping your mind around new technologies for some of the more difficult projects we take on.
