The Executive Leadership team appears to be unclear about how they treat employees and the company's direction. Just had a major re-org where a lot of valuable employees were let go. Communication from the ELT team to employees is lacking.

The people who have worked at the company for many years have real compassion for the company and its goals.

Cons

Layoffs. Every six months. Leadership keeps revolving, budgets keep shrinking, and resources keep vanishing. Leadership communicates cryptically, leaving employees feeling gaslit and confused.
