Promethean is touted to be an organization focused on best in class education technology. During my time there, I never once observed management discuss how they can develop a product that will positively impact the education space and benefit students and educators. There is a significantly high turnover, with no investment in resources or improving and uniting the organization as a whole. Every resource utilized is extremely outdated and antiquated. There is rhetoric about focusing on change, but when process improvements or new resource solutions are presented, there is a dismissal or lack of budget to do so. Communication is siloed and micromanaged within the Leadership team and there is very little trust in allowing department managers the opportunity effectively lead teams. If you are looking for a positive culture, where everyone works towards a collective goal and has the freedom to present new ideas and solutions, Promethean is not that organization for you.

Classflow was a terrible product making sales demos painful for everyone involved. The national director of education consultants was very militant and her entire team was terrified of her. Finally, I was told 50% travel when I started the job in my region. This turned into supporting all over the country 6 days a week, spending week at a time in hotels and not getting the commission for other regions I supported. It was grueling. Most can't last two years in that position.
