Pros

Amazing culture, helpful co-workers, group outings, flexible schedule. Everyone's open to ideas and are encouraging yet aim to push you to improve.

Cons

One of the flaws of having a team open to many ideas is that there's too many cooks in the kitchen where everyone has ideas and things change in the middle of a sprint.

I have never felt more welcomed throughout my entire career than I have with the Promethean team. Everyone is so supportive and reassuring and most importantly has a positive attitude.

Cons

There are not any cons that I can come up with at this time.

Pays relatively well, not much micro-managing, things can be done fast depending on how resourceful you are.

Cons

Management does not listen much, systems and processes are a bit primitive and things do not get done fast enough
