I've been fortunate to be part of Promethean where the work - life balance is exemplary. The company offers generous paid time off, including vacation days, sick leave, and personal days. Moreover, they support remote work when possible, which reduces commuting time and gives me more control over my day. This has not only improved my quality of life but also increased my productivity at work as I can manage my tasks in a more relaxed and comfortable environment.

Cons

In terms of product planning, Promethean is falling behind. The product roadmaps are not well - defined, and there's a lack of coordination between different departments involved in the process. This has led to inconsistent product updates. Some products receive excessive resources for minor improvements, while others crucial for market competitiveness are left under - developed.
