Very Mom & Pop ran, everyone is related or friends of the President's children with no formal education.

Pros

If you don't work for marketing then it is a relaxed atmosphere. Senior management are always in the office and they have it set up in a Euro-styled office so everything is open.

Cons

It is a very small company and open; so if you complain about something then everyone will find out and you will be threatened. So if you want a job just must just swallow your pride and keep working. Its like a corporate styled high school. Not the best place for a new graduate, they do not take college degrees seriously, it is really a perfect example that its who you know.

Pros

People who actually did the work within the teams on the ground were great - endlessly patient, hard-working, knowledgeable. Some great talent that is sadly being wasted.

Cons

Senior management do not listen, only interested in the share price. Its a company that tried to change from being a hardware manufacturer to being a technology services provider - as it should have done - but then got scared, and decided to make handheld mobile devices just as the ipad took over the world. Great decision. What a shame.
