Pros

Prometheus is the first company I have been a part of that has proactively reached out to new Prometheans within their first 90 days to gather feedback on their experience and make an action plan for developement. There are roundtables set up with the Principal of the company to get our feedback on what is working and what is not working. There are programs for internal growth and continuous training such as Quest and Playbook. They truly invest their time and money into your personal growth and genuinely care about your ideas.

Cons

I hope to see Prometheus continue growing, giving Prometheans more flexibility for relocation.

Pros

I have had a great all around experience working with Prometheus. One of the great things about Prometheus is the focus on Learning and Development. Everyone is so helpful and ready to help you improve, it makes me feel excited to come to work everyday. Along with this they also have great communication from upper management. They explain all the changes in a way that everyone can understand and support. To me, this is what a great company does.

Cons

The only con I can think of, at this moment in time, would be having to work weekends.

Pros

Company has invested in brand and family oriented culture with great moral values. They provide excellent training programs, and reward employees through recognition both monetarily and with awards. Monetary recognition is predictable, and competitive with other management companies.

Cons

Like many management companies, you some times need to leave for them to truly appreciate your value. Several employees have left only to return within a year, and others left to take promotional opportunities that could have been fulfilled internally.
