Ok management -- some good, some ok. Talent is not recognized as much as tenure-ship.

Pros

The company has amazing employees from lower level leasing staff to the executive team. They take a different approch to apartment living by giving the "neighbors" at home and a sanctuary.

Cons

It can be clique-y among Promethans. Some properties do not fit into the "luxury living' style that they pride themselves on. Weekends can be killer.

Pros

Prometheus is all about their employees. They hold meetings with employees for feedback with Jackie sitting and listening to our feedback. They are always giving opportunities for growth in the company. Hats off to management.

Cons

As with any job, work load can get heavy and pressure can come often.
