Pros

See the results of your efforts in a small company, direct communication with executive and management teams. Little to no politics and all feedback is professional and handled in a positive manner. Smart, enthusiastic co-workers who truly seem to like to work with each other. Generous paid time off starting year one and lots of company provided food (lunches, snacks and drinks).

Cons

Smaller companies come with more limited/expensive benefits policies.

Pros

The management team are smart, open-minded, and supportive. The staff are an energetic, fun, talented, hard-working, and diverse group. The business is growing through thoughtful and strategic planning, fueled by detailed research. The clients are people who work hard with passion to help people and improve the world around them. The people and the work make this a very satisfying place to be every day.

Cons

The company is small but growing at a measured pace, adding only the best people. This means that sometimes there is a lot to do. But management listens and does what it can to make sure people don't get burned out or feel overburdened. This is not the place to work if you are not self-directed and motivated. Laziness and sloppy work will stick out like a sore thumb here.

Pros

Company paid parking, free snacks and drinks. Other than that there are no pro's. Zero work life balance!

Cons

Zero work life balance, Extremely low salaries, Poor/Incompetent Management, Client screw ups, No lunch breaks, Slave to work, Constant layoffs after employees are used and abused (which it appears as if company is always hiring), Continuously changing markets, No lunch breaks, Worst training program around (or lack there of)
