Friendly working environment Around 100 workers office at Milpitas, worker will learned and handle more job areas and expending job skills Above average health insurance benefit, 401K match, PTO, etc.

Cons

Depending on job role, workers may need conference over video or phone with other area at evening or night (if this considered as “con”) Many grate idea but need better products support

Friendly / caring people. Family atmosphere (seasonal / birthday celebrations). Decent pay with occasional profit sharing.

Cons

Cyclic industry with associated last minute sales pushes. Hit or miss mix of new products. Limited career paths due to size of company. Need to communicate with Taiwan means delayed responses + off hrs meetings.

- Small company, so expect to take on multiple roles. Allowing you to learn many facets of the business - Nice co-workers - Good work/life balance - Management is very understanding when it comes to family matters (sick child, ailing parent, etc.)

Cons

- Small company, so expect to take on multiple roles, lots of pressure to tackle many projects all at once - Management seems to not understand market wants and needs. - low pay and meager annual raises. - low employee morale
