      Great place to work and Learn; benefits could be better.

      Pros

      Small company, so lots of opportunity to make an impact. Friendly people always willing to help and answer questions. Ability to work on projects outside of your current job function. Good pay.

      Cons

      Insurance is expensive, and 401K matching is lacking. No refresh on RSUs

      Manageable workload, rarely crazy tech hours, flexible hours Some great VPs Stock hasn't risen exponentially but performs decently well

      As we have grown, too many politics and fiefdoms Most managers wildly under-resourced Inefficient org structure, no centralized strategy
