      Pros

      A great place to work, employees feel part of a team. We work towards a constantly improving customer service experience. The inter department communication is great... We have challenges but they're being met and overcome regularly

      Cons

      Due to moving out of a start up phase there are some obvious growing pains but its been worth it, and its getting MUCH better.
