Proofpoint is a great company where I really feel part of a great team. Heres some of the reasons why:- Supportive Culture - I work in a team who are genuinely supportive and I have a manager that cares about my career progression & well being. Globally the teams are highly collaborative. Career Development -Proofpoint is extremely dynamic, which means that I am always learning and there is opportunity for growth & progression. In my time here I have seen multiple internal promotions, which is extremely encouraging. Work-Life balance - As a working mum, Proofpoint affords me the flexibility to balance my home life and also excel in my role. 4 additional Well Being days per year, in addition to your annual leave allowance, are also a nice way to allow you to switch off. Compensation - Salary is competitive and is supplemented by a comprehensive health & dental benefits package. Subsidised Lunches are also a nice touch. Innovation - Proofpoint is at the forefront of the tech industry and is constantly striving to improve & innovate, harnessing automation and encouraging employees to be creative in finding solutions that make a real business impact. Lots of great projects to get involved in.

Cons

Like any global organisation, there are occasionally times when its necessary to work a little later than normal. This is no different to other organisations that I've worked in and feel that its managable as the work is super rewarding.
