      Good culture of working with people. Work hard at resolving problems. Product is interesting and technically challenging and they work hard at sharing knowledge.

      Cons

      Management often changes direction and focus. Don't always communicate well. Want more than can be done with the tools they had

      Management is great!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to not be impressed with the strategic direction that management has taken. Proofpoint has truly chosen to INNOVATE and bring true, NEW value to their clients. Rather than duplicate and add new bells and whistles. If you love technology and want to add to the protection of data --- JUMP ON BOARD!!!

      Truthfully, not a one. Maybe stop offering free soda and do smoothies and health drinks instead!!

      proofpoint is a good place to work because it has a good sense of what it does, knows where it wants to be, and has a plan to get there. it is rare to find a workplace where almost everyone is in a position that they enjoy, and that suits them.

      Cons

      there's a lot to do. this job isn't for the faint of heart (or lazy).
