After being fully remote for almost 4 years, the new CEO of a month has instituted a mandatory, 3 days in office policy right before Christmas. Giving people only a few weeks to deal with things like childcare, cars, parking fees, etc. absolutely unreasonable when praising our record profits. Many people are looking for new jobs and will be leaving due to this policy specifically which seems to be his plan.

Forcing RTO on families that have been without child care expenses, forcing people to commute up to an hour. Alan Le Fort before he was let go due to "restructuring" after only a month as CEO as well told employees that they would only need to come in a few times quarterly. There is 15 parking spots for 200 employees or your other option becomes paying $600 monthly to do the same job you were doing at home. This was ONCE a great company, I would steer clear and am personally one of many looking to leave.
