Pros

This was truly one of the most amazing companies I've worked for. It had a great culture and I felt like I really made a difference in how things were running at the company. Their product suites are among the best in the industry. Free drinks stocked in the coolers and lots of other small perks.

Cons

There was a huge culture shift when a major part of senior management was removed and replaced with an outside group of people. When this team came on, they eliminated positions and people and others quite as a result of changes. It really ruined the amazing experience that it had been.

Pros

Great product, good service to customers. Mostly good management team. Good pay and benefits. Ton's of potential for this company in the future if the technology keeps pace with the threat landscape.

Cons

Old ideas on how to market the company. Cold calling, Cold calling, Cold calling, its just not the best/fastest way to find new customers anymore. Constantly changing sales territories are not confidence inspiring.
