Great colleagues and product is solid.

C-level leadership slowly eroding the quality of work and product by cost cutting and potentially prioritising future share value over todays product quality and employee headcount.

Great place to work

Pros

The management is extremely friendly and accommodating, I feel supported and looked after in my role and personal life. The team I work with are extremely kind, friendly and will always try and offer help if needed, whilst also maintaining a fun and interactive environment. The systems and tools are extremely easy to use and make my day-to-day enjoyable, without any tedious tasks in between. We have a hybrid work model, and while I was fully remote previously, which can become comfortable, I found getting out of the home and coming into the office is a welcome change and I look forward to it.

Cons

None at this time. I have been here a year and everything one could expect from the role has been satisfactory.
