      Pros

      ProPeer Resources is growing at a rapid pace. While this can bring minor growing pains, I think the Teams and Managers are doing a really great job navigating the changes/growth and I am excited to see where we go!

      Cons

      With Growth, comes opportunities to scale...I think we are in that awkward stage between small mom and pop, and becoming an Industry leader. The ride is bumpy right now, but it will be worth it.

      Pros

      Company culture is key and I like that we get to improve the quality of life for all people we serve. I like the engagement events and quarterly all-teams meetings too!

      Pros

      They are willing to train on the specialized subject matter, as long as I come to work and try my hardest. I do have computer skills and lots of office experience, but I really appreciate this opportunity and I've learned a lot in the past several months! I also love the building and my seating area.

      Cons

      Expectations are high, but it keeps me motivated! I'd love to be remote but have to come to the office monday-friday.
