Vital construction site for semiconductors, government subsidies ensures site will never go away, work after construction finishes ensures job security, many opportunities to learn new skills, overall very kind and professional team within the company.
Cons
Language barrier for non-Mandarin speakers, lower pay for any experienced professional, very poor site organization, high stress from oppresive customer (TSMC), very dangerous and unsafe work site.
