None. Other than maybe living in Rapid City but you can do that without working here.

Cons

Toxic from top to bottom. The company talks a big talk but is rotten to the core. Poor management and lack of accountability at higher levels of leadership will continue to lead to high employee turnover. Stay far away from this place!

Pros

Competitive salary when worked to it's fullest potential. Uncapped commissions and leadership/career training are hard to come by in today's world. Nothing is ever perfect, but the opportunities given at Property Meld far exceed anything I have had in my career.

Cons

Performance driven culture is not for everyone. If you are looking for a check in and check out job, this is isn't for you. Rapid change is just a part of start up life, and can be stressful for some.

Flexibility with schedules and the ability to work in tech in the midwest.

Cons

It’s a jumping off point to work in tech sales, a place you do your 1.5-2 years for your resume and then leave for actual career growth, more money, and better benefits somewhere else.
