      Fun real estate software company that treats you like an adult and not a number. I've been selling Propertybase for 7 years and love the atmosphere and ability to work from home as needed. I love our product and how our developers have done a great job putting us in the lead for real estate CRM software. Colleagues are friendly and we all just do our job and help each other improve the company and the product. Truly a team effort in building this company. No real layers or egos with management. If you're lucky enough to get on with Propertybase you will enjoy working here. Offices in Salt Lake City Utah, Boulder Colorado, Munich Germany and Sydney Australia. The company does a fun global gathering about every other year to some fun destination in the world. Propertybase is growing and hiring all the time. I love working at Propertybase CRM!

      Pros

      Opportunity to contribute to the company vision, strategy regardless of what your title is. If you have a great idea, people will listen and senior leadership will help you execute. Being built on Salesforce helps speed of development and really sets the bar high for trust with real estate customers and privacy.

      Pros

      The people. My fellow "BoLoers" are genuinely kind, have multiple hobbies and interests and are quick to belt out a classic karaoke song or two The growth opportunities. Not only do we get a yearly stipend for education and skills-training, but our management team encourages cross-department projects & new ideas. The Innovation Curve. Our software is an industry-best. It's a coveted position, but one that we defend well with our great teams of front-end designers and back-end developers churning out new features frequently. If you're into a fast-paced environment and seeing progress on an almost daily basis, join us warrior!

      Cons

      Transparency from top management can be improved (because there's always room for improvement). And we're operating in a tight office space, but not a bad problem when you're expanding faster than fungus spores can multiply.

      Thank you for your review! The opportunity for growth is something that we take seriously and we are constantly encouraging our employees to use that stipend. We want to make sure that our employees feel intellectually empowered. Transparency is something that we are always looking to improve. We definitely take everyones concerns into consideration. As far as the tight office space goes that is no longer an issue! We have since moved to a larger office in The Fort Point District.
