Pros

Great culture, the office environment is friendly and inclusive. The company itself is growing so there's a lot of room for movement and mobility.

Cons

Nothing to note so far. The location of the office could be slightly closer to the T but it's not a bad commute.

Pros

Great camaraderie within the sales team and lots of opportunity to develop your talent. The product is top notch as well.

Cons

A CEO who is simultaneously brilliant but also an unexceptional and poor leader that lacks the ability to take the perspective of others. The culture wants to be collaborative and creative but progress is continually stifled because of interference at the very top. As a consequence, the department Directors (who are all solid leaders) spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with unnecessary damage control. This ultimately limits their ability to develop their people.

Lots of autonomy, and the ability to be creative in your sales process. Great people at this company!!!

Cons

Small team, some times products don't roll out as fast as you would hope. Not for lack of effort though.
