Great company culture. Chance to learn a lot of skills and be given a lot of challenges which provide great experience and career growth. Growing company with lots of potential where you're given a chance to see your work directly influence company growth. Great group of people working together with lots of opportunity to work with a diverse group or people from many different backgrounds. Decent flexibility to accommodate personal life schedule.
Cons
With growth office space is tight. Limited transparency of senior management. Sales and product development are not always on the same page leading to extremely tight deadlines at times.
