Pros

Support and freedom. Not sure exactly what else to say. Not my first rodeo in this business, but it actually feels like they want agents to succeed here. Operations are agent centric so you don't find yourself on an island (if you don't want to be). Upper management is scarily easy to contact, so there's no secrets. Although there's a competitive spirit between offices, when an issue arises I've found management to be collaborative and humble. No ego trips, which was refreshing. Sets a great example for the team, and that "culture" that everyone is always chirping about at companies starts with leadership. I like the way things work here.

Cons

1099- sink or swim. You have to be accountable. You can't fly under the radar at a place like this. NOT having your name called is probably the loudest thing that can happen here...

Great Place to Learn and Grow

Pros

As a newer agent, I've had a great experience working here so far. Someone is always available to answer my questions. They go above and beyond to make sure I understand every step of the process instead of just telling me what to do. I also appreciate that the training is a great balance of hands-on experience and structured learning

Cons

One area for improvement would be offering key documents and forms in Spanish. A large portion of my investors are Spanish speakers, and I've had to translate documents over the phone while helping them complete paperwork. Having Spanish versions available would make the process much smoother for both agents and clients and would help better serve a broader community.

Pros

The people who work here are real and want to see you succeed. While everyone grinds it is rewarded in sales and outings. Everyone is helpful and is willing to share what works for them ensuring everyone grows and builds there business.

Cons

It is full commission, but if you show up and put in the work you will succeed.
