I joined this company because I kept seeing both my personal and professional values show up during the interview process (transparent, genuine, family first, open, forward thinking, collaborative). It is incredibly refreshing to now be on "the inside" and see these things continue to be embraced, emphasized and rewarded. Proservice is continuing to grow, scale and evolve. However, I'm incredibly confident the culture and values that got the business to this point will only continue to serve it well.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve on how the core values, company habits, philosophies, KPIs all fit together. Not so much a con, as there is a lot of goodness, just a ramp period.
