On all accounts an awesome place to work. My team is friendly, professional, and we work like a well oiled machine together.

Cons

Having to travel amongst the outer islands to facilitate trainings more than originally inticipated. I was expecting to work around 40 hour weeks and I find I am working up to 60 hours some weeks.
