- Leadership is wonderful. Our CEO, Ben, and the rest of our executive leaders are down to earth and very supportive of their employees. Always positive high-level energy. - Base Pay is amazing. - Tons of room to grow professionally. - A great attitude and a pleasing personality is not overlooked. - Everyone is willing to help you. You are not alone in your job. The culture is unmatched. - I've never been happier with an employer (I had 7 other employers).

Cons

- There's always pressure to succeed in sales, although, at ProService I don't totally feel like I am defined by my quota and help is always available.

-Company growth is reaching new limits & its people are constantly evolving to new roles. -A fairly large company made of smaller teams, that help keep you grounded and focused on your responsibilities. -Amazing coworkers, Positive attitude, & many opportunities for professional development. -Everyone has an office space to safely work and tools/resources to help you meet your team goals

Cons

No company is perfect. As we continue to improve processes and migrate to different platforms, even just finding your place/groove in such a large company... it's important to not get caught up in the miniscule everyday things of life. Less focus on the intention and more on the action to support personal development and team effort

THis company is a great company, they have a culture like no other. Employees are treated in office like home away from home. This is a place where you are encouraged to make decisions and take action, be and act like a business owner and strive for the best you can be. this is a place where all though you make a mistake, there is always a way to fix it and learn from the situation.

Cons

the only downfall is the office is located in Hawaii Kai. h
