Pros

The company's focus is definitely adding value for the customers. The company has also invested significantly in creating a culture that aligns with that customer focus. From senior management to front line employees there is a shared, and reinforced daily, focus on customer satisfaction. The company also provides the framework and tools to achieve the overall goals. There is clearly a considerable investment that has been made in technology to support the daily operations. The company also has frequent communication to ensure that everyone is on the same page as far as key priorities, which really helps in understanding your own role. There is a refreshing sense of transparency when it comes to what the company can improve upon, and folks collaborate often to overcome ongoing business challenges. Very dynamic and professional environment.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve to understand the company's culture and the terminology used by the business, but folks are very helpful in guiding you through that from onboarding to day to day interactions with longer term employees.

Pros

I have never worked at a company that cares so much about the employees. The organization looks inside itself to find areas of improvement, and share WHAT they are looking to improve upon transparently and openly with every employee. The CEO of the company can be found walking around the office, engaged with line level employees and welcoming every new employee he meets. The culture that is embedded in this company makes me proud to not just be apart of, but to contribute to. For me personally, I get all of the support that I need to do my job well, and am excited to help support others when I am able to!

Cons

Really the only con that I can think of in my tenure would be that sometimes organizational structural changes are not always announced. Anything that directly impacted me and my position, I was aware of, but even within my department there have been changes recently that weren't shared with the entire department.

Pros

The culture of Proservice Hawaii is deeply rooted in the stated five values. In our interactions, work and partnership they are referenced and reinforced continually. This creates a high context for the teams in their work and guidance for how we serve our clients. Anyone considering joining this team needs to know this isn't a clock-in clock-out place. Come ready to invest in the process and teams, to openly share ideas, give/receive feedback and pursue the shared mission.

Cons

While I do not consider it a downside, the candidate considering Proservice Hawaii should know that the lanes are not fixed. Tolerance for change and a willingness to take up and learn new skills continually is positive for many, but not for all.
