I really have been enjoying my new job and getting to know such wonderfully ambitious individuals who care about the outcomes of what they do. I love the Core Values and effort to re-found their ownership culture. I'm learning so much and excited to learn more.

Cons

Remote working has its positives. But the benefits of working onsite really out way them - both professionally and personally. And, the great thing is the effort in working to make this transition positive for everyone.
