Pros

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked at. They take really good care of their employees, and I have a great feeling walking in and out of work everyday, knowing my day to day job is part of something bigger than itself.

Cons

Every company has its challenges and opportunities. Senior management does a great job at being proactive and transparent.

Pros

I love my job because I am surrounded by peers and management that continuously encourage and bring out the best in me. We are all part of the same mission and I can tell that each team and department from interns to directors are working towards helping out employers on the island. We invest in the people that work here at ProService and in turn that people investment also bleeds through to the service we provide our clients that add to overall value of our partnership with those clients.

Cons

The only con that really sticks out is the location, but that is only because I live out West!

Pros

Benefits - great medical and dental, student loan assistance, 401k, flexible schedules, bus pass reimbursement for commuters; medical insurance has no weekly or bi-weekly to the employee if you choose certain plans (other than the usual co-pays) Perks - fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks available daily for free, yoga class in the office once a week Fun events - team outings, company retreat, take your dog to work day, monthly meeting with Pau Hana, big Halloween celebration Down to earth leaders - senior leaders and executives are accessible, they don’t sit in corner offices - they sit in cubicles

Cons

Hard work required - if you don’t care about your work or quality of work, if you don’t care about your co-workers, this is not for you
