Pros
We work HARD, we have a lot of fun doing it. The company still feels very much like a "start up", it moves really fast and is really agile. Very transparent and involves employees in a lot of business decisions. We're committed to developing our people and work hard to be our best. We're always learning and growing and you'll get the opportunity to do things at ProService that you wont find at other employers in Hawaii.
Cons
As with most "start ups", the culture isn't for everyone. You have to want to work hard and have to have a certain amount of intrinsic "grittiness" to make it here. We're our harshest critics and sometimes don't slow down to appreciate each other as much as we should, so you have to be able to be satisfied with knowing you gave your best--but not need to hear it all the time. We're getting better with pay, but still probably don't pay enough for as hard as we work.
