Pros

Prosource has a culture like no other company I've worked for. They reward hard work and really make sure the employees feel valued and appreciated. They believe in doing what's right for their clients and as an employee you really feel good about the company you represent. They also believe in promoting within and offer a lot of opportunity for a successful career.

Cons

There aren't really any Cons except for maybe the fact that they're in such a phase of growth that the work load can be a little heavy at times, while getting new resources trained and up to speed to assist.
