      Pros

      Opportunities to gain experience in new roles and work with different client sites to get exposure.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place. Nobody ever can give a direct answer. Leadership is just questionable as they can never provide legit information. And their timing on passing information to employees is HORRIBLE! They will wait till they before to give you a laundry list of things that must be done. And talk about hurry up and wait....they are worse than the military in passing information.

      Pros

      Great b2b sales experience. Ups your stock for opportunities within the sales industry. Nice culture.

      Cons

      Required to work for 9 hours when you're only paid for 8. High turn over. Majority of the 30+ sales reps have been there for less than a year. Saturated territories. Big accounts named to the senior reps. Unrealistic quotas.

      Great company and place to work

      Pros

      The company is very customer focused and hires individuals that also share this focus. It's nice working for a company that puts taking care of the customer above everything else. The executive team and management also do a lot to ensure the employees are happy and can grow in their roles.

      Cons

      It's a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. This is not a ProSource problem, but a norm for the industry.
